Over the years Harley powertrains have been used for a lot of different uses the factory might never had considered. Sometimes it was to solve a problem and others it was simply to get creative or have some fun.
Here is an old handmade snowmobile powered by a Harley Panhead engine. The even used what looks a little like parts from an old Harley front end for steering the front skis. Not sure how comfortable or safe those seats are.
We’d like to thank the folks at the National Motorcycle Museum in Anamosa IA for sharing this one with us.
